Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 2 years of direct experience in building electrical systems.
- Certified Commissioning Authority (CxA), or equivalent certification.
- Expertise in the integration of Electrical systems with mechanical, life safety and security.
- In-depth knowledge of LEED requirements and industry standards such as NFPA, iEEE, UL, GSA.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and scheduling software.
- Experience with database management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Execute commissioning and facilities management services.
- Understand and interpret project documents.
- Prepare commissioning plans and reports.
- Conduct design reviews and site observations.
- Solve coordination issues.
- Ensure conformance with project requirements.
- Attend project meetings and prepare minutes.
- Review technical reports.
- Facilitate system transition to operations.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Support bid and proposal documentation.
- Prepare project estimates and schedules.
- Conduct project reviews and prepare status reports.
- Conduct quality assurance.
- Support invoice preparation.
- Participate in process development.
- Attend company meetings and training.
- Prioritize tasks and perform work efficiently.
- Disseminate technical information.
- Exercise drive and attention to detail.
- Ensure continued excellence.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
