Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience managing user acquisition campaigns in performance-driven, competitive verticals
- Deep subject matter expertise in Google Ads (Search, App Campaigns, Performance Max, etc.) and META
- Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities - comfortable with data analysis and able to use data to make recommendations for optimization
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to synthesise their own and other’s thoughts into crisp and effective communications
- Entrepreneurial spirit, able to take risks and put forth new ideas
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing mobile app and web acquisition campaigns across various marketing channels (Google Ads, META, among others)
- Own measurement and reporting for acquisition campaigns, identifying insights to optimize performance
- Work closely with the data team and regional directors to understand impact and incrementality
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, especially in travel, and best practices in mobile app acquisition
- Supporting the team in producing testing frameworks for creative assets and optimization
- Contributing to new and creative growth strategies for customer acquisition
