Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies focused on acquisition, retention, and reactivation to drive sustainable growth.
  • Own and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, X, and programmatic channels, ensuring high ROAS and efficiency.
  • Build & scale data-driven campaigns to grow awareness, acquire new users, and drive engagement.
  • Manage and optimize reactivation campaigns to bring back lapsed users and enhance retention funnels.
  • Strategically allocate and optimize budgets across channels, continuously testing and refining for cost efficiency and impact.
  • Identify and activate influencer partnerships as part of the performance marketing mix to drive growth and engagement.
  • Own and execute lifecycle marketing via CRM tools (CleverTap, WebEngage, MoEngage) across push, in-app, email & remarketing campaigns.
  • Provide strategic feedback on third-party tools & ad tech platforms used for performance marketing
