Requirements:
  • Deep market expertise with a strong understanding of the Nordic sports nutrition market, including consumer behavior, competitors, key products, and sales channels
  • Proven experience in scaling brands within the region, ideally in a leadership role such as Regional Manager, Country Manager, or similar, with a track record of managing P&L responsibility
  • Solid marketing experience, including localizing strategies, executing campaigns or local marketing activations, and adapting central brand guidelines to fit consumer preferences in Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Sweden
  • A well-established network within the fitness and sports communities, with strong connections to key opinion leaders
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, bringing a versatile skill set that combines strategic vision, initiative, creativity, and hands-on execution
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish) and English
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the regional strategy to drive market growth in the Nordics (Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Sweden), covering marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy, ensuring successful market entry, coherent localization, and execution of marketing and sales initiatives
  • Maintain a strong brand presence and ensure consistent regional strategy execution by coordinating cross-functional teams and localizing global strategies
  • Build and strengthen the local network, including relationships with key opinion leaders, communities, and strategic partners to expand brand reach
  • Continuously optimize performance by identifying growth levers, implementing strategic actions, and realizing both quick wins and long-term initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align approaches, secure support, and drive country performance
  • Take full ownership of the region’s P&L, ensuring profitable and scalable growth
  • Develop and present business plans, market analyses, and reports to enable data-driven decision-making and track success
