Requirements:

• Experience in BCM-related operations (BCP maintenance, BCP training, BCP operation construction, and implementation, etc.).
• Experience in IT-BCP (system redundancy using data centers and clouds, and basic knowledge of system risks, etc.).
• Experience in cross-organizational business promotion and project management (schedule management, issue management, etc.).
• Experience in PM or PMO, or similar, including project progress management and coordination of meetings with stakeholders.
• Practical experience in formulating BCP-related internal regulations and rules.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain BCM (BCP), and perform business impact analysis (BIA).
• Manage the secretariat of the emergency response headquarters.
• Operate and manage crisis responses during emergencies such as major natural disasters and large-scale system failures.
• Plan and operate training sessions for responses during emergencies.
• Negotiate, coordinate, and consider business continuity measures, such as system restoration and alternative operations.
• Formulate, maintain, and manage internal rules based on internal regulations and laws, and develop a crisis management system.
• Build a BCP collaboration system with group companies.
• Plan, propose, create, and operate BCP education.
• Compile and respond to requests from government-related agencies.
