Requirements:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in a Sales Operations or Revenue Operations role within the B2B sector, preferably within the Software sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to different stakeholders and audiences.
  • Strong analytical abilities for problem-solving and decision-making.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee CRM tools to ensure data accuracy and seamless sales operations, ensuring data integrity and usability while driving adoption across teams.
  • Create actionable reports and dashboards that provide clear, data-driven insights to Marketing, Sales and Management to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies, propose solutions, and implement process enhancements to drive operational excellence.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships and Finance teams to resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth alignment of processes.
  • independently identify gaps in processes or data, research solutions, and implement improvements
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness in revenue operations.
  • Work closely with sales representatives, marketing, and GTM team to align objectives.
