Requirements
- Active LMSW license in New York State
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Organizational and documentation skills
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques (CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy via telehealth
- Develop personalized treatment plans
- Offer guidance, coping strategies, and therapeutic interventions
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality
