Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Linguistics, Literature, or Communication.
• Proven experience in: SEO, storytelling, creative writing, copywriting formulas such as AIDA, PAS, PASTOR, among others.
• Relevant projects that include more than one country.
• Advanced Portuguese.

Responsibilities:

• Create persuasive and attractive texts: Ideate and produce creative content for different formats such as social media posts, videos, emails, newsletters, messages, push notifications, and others.
• Personalize messages according to the customer's behavior, preferences, and life cycle.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure message and image consistency.
• Perform A/B tests to continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the content, adjusting the tone, style, and CTAs to achieve the objectives of each communication.
• Ensure that all content produced aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and values, maintaining a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Analyze key performance metrics, providing reports and recommendations to optimize the effectiveness of communication strategies.
