Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in creative strategy, preferably within an agency or performance marketing environment.
- Experience with multi-location and /or healthcare clients is highly preferred.

- Excellent copywriting and briefing skills for designers and production teams.
- Strong collaboration skills - comfortable working with media buyers, designers, and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative strategies for paid media campaigns, including static images, videos, and other formats.
- Build offer strategies and content calendars to align with marketing objectives and consumer behavior trends.
- Write detailed design and production briefs to guide the creation of high-performing ad creatives.
- Review and approve creative assets, ensuring they align with strategy, brand identity, and performance goals.
- Work alongside a media buyer, ensuring creative execution supports in-platform campaign optimizations.
- Consult with clients on creative strategy, providing insights and recommendations based on data and best practices.
- Analyze performance data to iterate and improve creative approaches.
- Stay ahead of trends in paid media creative, including ad formats, storytelling techniques, and platform best practices.
