Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in creative strategy, preferably within an agency or performance marketing environment.
  • Experience with multi-location and /or healthcare clients is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of paid media creative across platforms (Search, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

  • Excellent copywriting and briefing skills for designers and production teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills - comfortable working with media buyers, designers, and clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative strategies for paid media campaigns, including static images, videos, and other formats.
  • Build offer strategies and content calendars to align with marketing objectives and consumer behavior trends.
  • Write detailed design and production briefs to guide the creation of high-performing ad creatives.
  • Review and approve creative assets, ensuring they align with strategy, brand identity, and performance goals.
  • Work alongside a media buyer, ensuring creative execution supports in-platform campaign optimizations.
  • Consult with clients on creative strategy, providing insights and recommendations based on data and best practices.
  • Analyze performance data to iterate and improve creative approaches.
  • Stay ahead of trends in paid media creative, including ad formats, storytelling techniques, and platform best practices.
