Requirements:

  • Strong background in business development, client management, and deal negotiation.

  • Experience in international markets and a track record of closing complex deals.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with BytePitch’s purpose, vision, values and growth objectives.
  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities in international markets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring these align well with the company’s values from the beginning;
  • Lead, support and empower the sales team, communicating clear targets and setting the right conditions for the team to meet expectations and achieve a high-performance state within a healthy culture.
  • Leverage CRM tools and data to construct, forecast, and oversee sales activity and drive pipeline to meet targets and company goals, ensuring consistent revenue growth as desired.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Combine efforts with the engineering and product teams to ensure that the solutions presented to clients are technically and commercially aligned and add value to them.
  • Cooperate closely with the CFO and report to this when needed.
  • Optimise sales processes, leveraging automation and best practices to improve efficiency.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches.
  • Work closely with the leadership team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain talent, empowering the team to unlock their potential while fostering individual and collective growth, prioritising well-being and nurturing a sustainable and happy environment.
