Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience managing paid Meta & TikTok ads (eCommerce experience preferred)
- Proven ability to manage multi-level paid ad funnels—beyond just boosting posts
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, paid traffic, and conversion funnels
- Hands-on experience with Meta Product Catalogs & Dynamic Product Ads (DPA)
- Analytical mindset with a passion for testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Highly proactive—anticipates needs and drives strategy without waiting for instructions
- Ability to give clear direction on what’s needed in an account to improve performance
- Strong responsiveness and adaptability in a fast-moving environment
Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, Reddit and TikTok
- Develop, test, and refine ad creatives, audiences, and messaging to maximize performance
- Ensure all funnels, websites, and tracking tools are set up correctly before launching traffic
- Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make real-time adjustments to improve results
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and the Strategy Team to scale client accounts
- Take a proactive approach—identify gaps, action items, or pivots needed before they become problems
- Request and source creative assets from clients, social channels, or internal teams
- Ensure ad relevance—no outdated, out-of-stock, or off-season products running in campaigns
- Provide data-driven recommendations for improving ad performance, budgets, and client strategies
- Deliver insightful reports on key performance metrics, campaign insights, and next steps
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously test new strategies, placements, and ad formats
