Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience as an SAP SD Consultant.
• Proven expertise in SAP SD modules, including Order Management, Billing, Pricing, Retail Integration, and OTC processes.
• Strong understanding of SAP Retail, SAP S/4HANA 2020, and FIORI applications.
• Hands-on experience with Customer Activity Repository (CAR), POS Inbound/Outbound, and Retail Store Operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize SAP SD functionalities.
• Familiarity with e-commerce integration and retail-specific SAP solutions.
• Fluent in Japanese and English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and implement SAP SD solutions focusing on Sales Order Management, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, and Retail Integration.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP SD with warehouse operations, transportation management, and retail systems.
• Provide expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, supporting the retail and e-commerce aspects of the business.
• Implement Customer Activity Repository (CAR), POS Inbound/Outbound, and Retail Store Operations.
• Work on FIORI applications to enhance retail processes and improve user experience.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to align SAP SD solutions with business requirements.
• Conduct system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and integration testing for SAP SD modules.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP SD-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and functional specifications for SAP SD solutions.
