Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of prior experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping roles is desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills, with the ability to document technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Solid experience using spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Excel) and familiarity with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and payment processors (such as Stripe) is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
  • Review and reconcile data between our CRM and payment processor to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with preparing and reconciling commission reports as part of revenue support.
  • Work collaboratively with finance, sales, and customer success teams to resolve data issues.
  • Help process invoices, payments, and billing inquiries to support accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Aid in sales tax registration and maintain tax exemption records to ensure compliance.
  • Support financial reporting by conducting ad-hoc financial analysis and generating reports
