Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in NetSuite administration, implementation, and customization.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite modules related to billing, invoicing, inventory, financials, and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0) to develop and maintain scripts for automation and customization.
- Experience in integrating NetSuite with external systems, particularly point-of-sale (POS) solutions.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into NetSuite solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- NetSuite Certification(s) (preferred but not required).
- Advanced level of English.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support NetSuite-related projects, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
- Configure, customize, and optimize NetSuite modules, including Subscription Billing, Financials, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and Workflow Automation.
- Ability to create, modify, and troubleshoot SuiteScripts (SuiteScript 1.0 & 2.0) as needed, with a focus on leveraging NetSuite’s built-in features before resorting to custom scripting.
- Automate invoicing and streamline processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to optimize timesheets to fixed assets processes and improve administrative capabilities.
- Design and implement integrations with point-of-sale (POS) systems and external applications.
- Enhance pricing and inventory data management within NetSuite to support business operations.
- Provide recommendations on best practices for leveraging NetSuite functionalities to improve overall system efficiency.
- Train and support end-users, ensuring they understand and utilize NetSuite effectively.
- Troubleshoot system issues and work on continuous improvements to ensure system stability and scalability.
