IT Business Analyst

Requirements:

• 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, or similar role
• Experience in software development projects (Agile, Scrum)
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements
• Experience in documentation and analysis techniques beyond process flow diagrams and user stories
• Solid understanding of engineering principles along with commercial practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Experience with business analysis tools: JIRA and Confluence
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and system integrations
• Experience with ERPs, CRMs, or other software products (ideally with SaaS)
• Proficient in documenting test processes and outcomes, as well as efficiently monitoring changes

Responsibilities:

• Collect and record business requirements
• Analyze requirements to fit specifications
• Define and maintain functional and non-functional requirements
• Develop User Story Maps, Epics, Stories, and test cases using Jira
• Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to convey requirements and facilitate the SDLC by managing dependencies, timelines, and blockers
• Work with engineers to prioritize tasks
• Improve and automate business processes through discovery, modeling, analysis, and optimization
• Design and implement test scenarios, ensuring that manual testing extends beyond UAT
• Engage in cross-functional projects
