  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate interviews, assessments, and offer negotiations.
  • Leverage the Greenhouse recruiting platform to maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
