Requirements:

• Experience managing and overseeing large behavioral health teams providing evidence-based care.
• Proven success in strategic leadership and team development.
• Strong ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute strategic direction of clinical care.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, and reinforce role expectations for therapist supervisors and therapists.
• Develop and implement policies, protocols, and quality assurance processes.
• Ensure exceptional patient care and clinical care aligned with ethical guidelines.
• Oversee the therapy budget and staffing model, aligning resources with organizational goals.
• Track and address provider experience metrics and partner with technology and product teams.
• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for service expansion and implement scalable care models.
• Acquire and maintain state licenses to enable the organization to expand its reach.
• Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
