Requirements
- Must have a medical degree.
- Demonstrate high aptitude and growth gradient for coding if no prior experience.
- Expert competency in TypeScript.
- Comfortable with frameworks/libraries like Angular, Node, and React.
- Able to work full stack in JS/TS.
- Familiarity with AWS services (APIG, SQS, DynamoDB, Lambda, Cognito, Amplify, CloudFormation) or eagerness to learn.
- Strong CS fundamentals and first principles thinking.
- Intellectually curious with a growth mindset.
Responsibilities
- Use medical training to solve technical problems.
- Extend existing product lines and build new ones.
- Contribute to healthcare reinforcement learning and agentic AI.
- Add key third-party API integrations.
- Iterate on proprietary graph traversal algorithms.
- Ship features to increase lives saved.
- Join customer calls to understand needs.
- Architect and deploy ETL data pipelines.
- Deploy active deep learning training and validation architecture.
- Build cutting-edge products like context-aware chat and LLM-enabled telephony.
- Hire/scale the team and implement processes.
- Potentially transition to a managerial/executive role.
- Ideate and ship features to improve ETL pipeline throughput and quality.
