• Exceptional technical writing skills
• Experience with documentation and knowledge management tools

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute user education strategies across multiple channels
• Create and maintain documentation and self-service resources
• Advocate for user needs and improve platform usability
• Partner with teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop communications
• Coordinate platform communications and support documentation processes
