Requirements:

• 2-3 years supporting video creation, preferably academic or informational videos.
• Experience sourcing and nurturing creators.
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere and other video editing and graphics software.
• Experience with scripting, storyboarding and managing/producing videos.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of video content for Study.com and marketing channels.
• Onboard and support a group of video creators and video editors to ensure high-quality and efficient video creation.
• Experiment with video content and format adapted to the target channel.
• Understand learning design principles and how to apply them to academic videos.
• Use AI and other technology in innovative ways to improve efficiency and quality of video production.
• Provide clear and ongoing support, feedback, and troubleshooting for freelancers.
• Monitor project productivity and address issues; continuously strive to improve productivity and quality.
• Communicate production rates, obstacles, and resource requests to team lead proactively.
