• 2-3 years experience in curriculum or instructional design or high school/college teaching roles.
• Minimum 1 year working experience in ed tech or digital curriculum.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of course curriculum and instructional materials.
• Onboard and support a team of subject matter experts and curriculum designers.
• Incorporate learning science principles and best practices in curricular design.
• Develop materials that meet requirements of external review agencies.
• Use technology to improve efficiency and quality of curriculum development.
• Provide clear support and feedback for freelancers.
• Monitor project productivity and address issues.
• Communicate production rates and propose creative solutions.
