Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in a scientific or health care field required.
• 20+ years as a business systems consultant/analyst, predominantly in the pharmaceutical life sciences industry.
• Strong background in biology and chemistry with lab experience.
• Hands-on bench-level research science experience required.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical research and drug discovery & development processes and biologics workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Review business processes and systems.
• Provide on-site business analysis support for scientific groups.
• Evaluate industry trends to identify areas for optimization.
• Develop recommendations and future state strategy.
• Perform gap analysis, define future state process workflows and data models.
• Produce and deliver required documents and reports to customers.
