Requirements:

• Extensive experience in managing Data and AI/ML projects.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of Data/AI/ML architectures and technologies.
• High proficiency in English (both written and oral).
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers and Data Analysts.
• Collaborate closely with the client to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from ideation to deployment.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Mitigate project risks and proactively address challenges.
• Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.
