Requirements:
  • 3-5 Years in instructional design and eLearning course authoring experience
  • Expertise in clearly defining performance issues and creating appropriate learning solutions with tangible results tied to training efforts.
  • Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology
  • Expertise in learning theories and instructional design models
  • Proven track record in needs analysis experience.
  • Knowledge of creating training with Captivate, Camtasia, Vyond.
  • Proven experience operating Learning Management Systems.
Responsibilities:
  • Create curricula, learning solutions, and delivery design for learning paths connected to site performance.
  • Create training document templates and other learning materials to brand training throughout to standardize learning experience across all regions
  • Assess learning needs learning and structure content that builds desired employee performance capabilities
  • Apply evaluation metrics and assess impact to performance vs. objectives across learning programs while establishing ROI and ROE measures to share across multiple levels of leadership.
  • Manage programs such as Train-the-Trainer, Super User Certification, and other corporate technical implementation initiatives.
  • Review and approve changes to materials, owner of the internal document repository for all learning materials.
  • Responsible for uploading SCORM compliant eLearning courses in the Learning Management System
