Requirements:
- Relevant experience in configuring Workday functionalities, custom elements, EIB imports, and business processes.
- Ability to create custom reports and calculated fields; familiarity with integrations is a plus.
- Proactive approach in detecting and solving issues while constantly seeking improvements.
- Great attention to detail and self-reliance.
- Eagerness to deliver great solutions with excellent communication skills in English and any other European language.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the administration and configuration of the Human Capital Management (HCM) module within Workday.
- Ensure optimal functionality and alignment with business needs.
- Act as a key liaison for HR partners to support core processes such as hiring, terminations, and supervisory organization management.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to manage and support ATS integrations.
- Partner with stakeholders to address staffing-related needs within the HCM framework.
