Requirements:

• Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English with excellent communication skills.
• Proven experience managing online communities including on Discord and Telegram.
• Familiarity with engaging developer and user communities in the crypto space.
• Experience in organizing online and offline events like meetups.
• Connections with developer communities or KOLs in APAC are preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Actively manage, moderate, and grow Scroll’s Chinese-speaking communities across Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
• Respond promptly to community inquiries, share updates, and ensure a positive environment.
• Plan and host online and offline events to engage developers and users.
• Translate technical and marketing materials ensuring cultural relevance.
• Build relationships with developers and local businesses to expand Scroll’s presence.
• Identify opportunities for community engagement across popular platforms.
