Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-volume healthcare call center. Knowledge of healthcare claims review or processing. Health Care/Health insurance background required. Experience with BCBS HMOI or other insurance plans is a plus. Proficiency using multiple systems including Teams and Excel. Jira experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be available for an 8-hour shift between 8 am to 6 pm Central time.
Responsibilities:
Handle client and member calls accurately and timely. Provide excellent customer service. Answer client and provider questions about claims, status, and coverage. Interpret client health plan protocols. Review and provide claim status updates. Check tracer documentation. Maintain accurate call documentation. Maintain high professionalism. Return incoming calls. Perform other duties as assigned.
