• Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with employment laws and data privacy regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various sources.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor key HR metrics to identify trends and improvement areas.
• Support workforce planning by analyzing metrics.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of HR data in systems.
• Analyze employee engagement survey results to identify actionable insights.
• Work closely with HR and management teams for data flow.
