Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of IT experience in a software development environment.
• Must have 2+ years of Agile/Scrum Master experience per The Scrum Guide.
• BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to identify priorities and mobilize initiatives.
• Ability to build business relationships and lead teams through change.
• Experience with conflict resolution and team building.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on Scrum Master for an agile team or cross-functional project team leadership.
• Understand the work coming to the team and maintain awareness of supported applications and business processes.
• Develop and communicate Agile dashboards focusing on sprint goals, capacity, and backlog health.
• Foster a continuous improvement mindset and manage the flow of work.
• Provide visibility to risks/issues and enable collaborative problem solving.
• Effectively facilitate sprint-based meetings and remove blockers.
