Senior AI/ML Engineer

Requirements:

• Experience with data collection for model training from requirement definition to dataset formation.
• Strong knowledge of classic Computer Vision algorithms and image processing.
• Strong knowledge of linear algebra and projective geometry.
• Experience with classic ML algorithms.
• Proficiency in PyTorch and OpenCV.
• Experience with 3D data, spatial data, and point clouds.
• Healthcare domain experience is mandatory; genomic and transcriptomic data experience is a strong advantage.
• Interest in modern SOTA algorithms.
• Experience in studying scientific papers and deploying solutions based on them.
• Experience in pre-sales activities will be a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for explaining technical concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting research and proposing high-level solutions.
• Participating in pre-sale activities.
• Working on an internal product using classical ML algorithms or lightweight PyTorch models.
• Tasks include document classification, predicting employee turnover risk, matching employees to new roles, forecasting sales trends, and identifying high-potential leads.
• Engaging in various commercial projects.
