Requirements:

• Currently in an advanced stage of studies in fields such as Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Business Informatics, Media Informatics, Media Design, or Communication Sciences.
• Ideally brings initial experience in online marketing.
• Has an interest in the functioning of search engines and new trends in online advertising.
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Has very good knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel.
• Demonstrates high engagement and a reliable working style.
• Shows interest in marketing-related contexts and their impact on keywords and rankings.
• Exhibits a structured work approach and strong communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

• Support and strengthen the PEMA team in daily operations and various projects.
• Set up new performance campaigns in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic areas.
• Assist with daily optimization and continuous improvement of keywords and ad texts.
• Monitor developments in performance channels and derive recommendations.
• Conduct research tasks, including keyword analyses and search query reports using online marketing tools.
• Contribute to the development of existing and structuring of new campaigns.
• Gain insights into account hygiene and optimization score improvements.
• Work independently on action management and creating promotions within performance campaigns.
• Create analyses and cross-channel KPI reports.
