• Proven experience as a senior product manager, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Experience or passion for working in a startup environment.
• Demonstrated passion for user experience, digital design, and technology.
• Experience with project management software (Jira/Notion).
• Strong execution skills for end-to-end project management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of product managers, providing guidance and support.
• Own problem space, solving ambiguous issues to support product strategy.
• Define, build, market, and launch product solutions based on research and market insights.
• Build consensus with senior leaders and influence cross-functional groups.
• Envision the end state customer experience and guide product development.
• Ensure product metrics are central in decision-making for improvements.
• Oversee quality assurance for a consistent user experience.
