Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, accounting or a related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial consulting or auditing, corporate finance or FP&A.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for modelling, Word, PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Dynamics is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail with a logical approach and systematic mindset.
Entrepreneurial and agile to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Experience working with senior management members across teams.
High proficiency in written and spoken English; French language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the monthly closing with the group accounting team.
Produce and analyze monthly financial and operational reporting (including P&L, KPIs, Cashflow).
Monitor business performance and assist management decision-making (gross margin optimization, resource alignments).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial modeling and analysis.
Work with budget holders to monitor and track actual spending vs budget.
Maintain relationships with external stakeholders including accountants, auditors, and tax authorities.
