Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Modernization TPM in a client-facing role or consulting environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a software developer working with legacy code bases (e.g., .NET, Visual Basic, COBOL, Java).
• Proven experience planning and executing modernization/migration projects.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical applications.
• Proven ability to gather and document technical requirements.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cl/C2 level English is required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Mechanized Al infrastructure and application modernization projects.
• Oversee the migration of virtual machines (VMS) to containers and the modernization of legacy applications (e.g., .NET, COBOL, Java) to modern technology stacks.
• Coordinate integration of generative AI capabilities into clients' modernization efforts.
• Gather technical and functional requirements from enterprise clients and translate them into actionable plans.
• Maintain project scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource plans for on-time delivery.
• Serve as primary contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and delegate tasks effectively.
• Engage with AI and LLM teams to improve outcomes.
• Establish best practices for code quality and compliance.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement among project teams.
