Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant quota carrying experience in a SaaS organization.
  • Proven track record of sales excellence, particularly with enterprise customers (1,000 - 10,000 employees) at the executive level.
  • Experience in prospecting new business in a new territory.
  • Ability to lead from ground zero and build new sales playbooks.
  • Exceptional consultative selling skills with a focus on solving customer problems.

Responsibilities:
  • Be a founding Account Executive for our new Paris office.
  • Sell Watershed by educating large companies about effective climate programs and guiding them to use Watershed successfully.
  • Own the full lifecycle from initial outreach to contract signature.
  • Help shape Watershed's go-to-market strategy and explore new market segments.
  • Provide customer feedback to influence Watershed's product strategy.
  • Gain expertise in sustainability topics and assist companies with reporting and decarbonization efforts.
  • Contribute to building the sales team.
