Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5-8+ years of experience in strategy and operations roles (e.g., consulting, finance, GM, Operations).
• Excellent problem solver with the ability to bring structure where there is ambiguity.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Experience with SQL and analytics tools like Looker, Sigma, Hex is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a general manager for a core segment of the Trust and Risk Organization, partnering closely with operations, product, analytics, and engineering.
• Develop and own OKRs for your space.
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity or reduce costs.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
