Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience + experience with management
• Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, CSS
• Experience with Performance: Core Web Vitals, A/B tests
• Proven ability to integrate various services using APIs, ensuring optimal performance and functionality
• Proficient in Git version control, ensuring code quality, collaboration, and version tracking
• Strong orientation towards results, autonomy, adaptability, and initiative

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the frontend team, setting technical standards and unlocking the team’s potential to deliver innovative, top-quality solutions on time
• Work closely with the Product Manager to align technical execution with business goals and deliver rapid iterations for A/B tests
• Participate in discussions about new features and solutions, ensuring the best implementation approaches in collaboration with stakeholder and product team
• Develop and implement new functionality, including creating pages, working with payment systems, and adding A/B tests.
