Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent healthcare industry experience, preferred.
• 10+ years implementation experience, including Sunrise support and maintenance.
• 7-10 years Sunrise suite solution configuration troubleshooting and workflows knowledge.
• Strong customer service communication skills to understand client needs.
• Strong working knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert-level guidance and recommendations to meet Sunrise customers' business needs.
• Facilitate client-facing and remote solution design for complex implementations.
• Analyze and document customer business requirements to provide tailored solutions.
• Lead and mentor project teams during design, implementation, testing, and go-live phases.
• Collaborate with management consulting for gap analysis and remediation plans.
