Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational risk management, preferably in the cryptocurrency or financial services industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CORM, CRISC) are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to operational risk in the crypto industry.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an operational risk management framework aligned with the company's overall risk strategy.
• Conduct regular operational risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in business processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to implement risk mitigation strategies and improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in developing and maintaining business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
• Monitor and manage operational risk incidents, ensuring timely resolution and reporting.
• Prepare and present operational risk reports to the CRO and other stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver operational risk training programs to promote a risk-aware culture.
• Ensure operational risk management practices comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
