Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in crypto as a protocol specialist, strategist, protocol designer or researcher for a protocol or network.
• Experience working with, and deriving insights from, on-chain data.
• Hands-on experience designing a token system, incentive system or launch mechanism.

Responsibilities:

• Research, concept generate and finalize designs of token systems, incentive systems and launch campaigns following a systems engineering framework.
• Take on accountability of critical design process components.
• Stay updated on token design, incentive design and launch mechanisms.
• Define network objectives with founders and create various systems accordingly.
• Lead selection process of concept designs with network objectives.
• Perform detailed analysis on all design components.
• Work with simulation team to communicate design and support analysis.
• Lead resolution of issues during the design process while meeting timelines.
