Requirements:

• MD or DO degree with board certification in Psychiatry.
• Valid, unrestricted medical license to practice psychiatry in Florida.
• Experience with mild to moderate mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression.
• Demonstrable diagnostic skills and ability to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Experience in supervising Advanced Practice Providers.
• Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and electronic health records.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to culturally competent care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals with mild to moderate mental health conditions.
• Maintain a clinical caseload that evolves with the program.
• Ethically prescribe medications and utilize measurement-based care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for holistic client care.
• Supervise a team of APPs and provide guidance on treatment plans.
• Contribute to clinical workflow development and participate in client education.
