Requirements:
  • 6+ years of software development experience
  • Experience with Go, React, and Next.js
  • Experience with Stripe, Metered billing products like Lago, Accounting products like Netsuite
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, PubSub/Kafka/Pulsar, and Stytch.
  • Experience working with Hubspot, Google Analytics, Looker, and Bigquery
  • Experience driving growth initiatives for developer, saas or other cloud software products
  • Strong ability to communicate with stakeholders and align engineering and marketing resources on the growth roadmap
  • Knowledge of the AI inference ecosystem and the important communities
Responsibilities:
  • Contribute directly to the engineering efforts that drive user acquisition and monetization initiatives. You’ll be coding and developing features that directly impact growth, conversions, and revenue.
  • Partner closely with marketing, growth, and sales teams to align technical initiatives with broader business objectives. Ensure engineering efforts directly support user acquisition and revenue goals.
  • Work closely with our inference team in designing solutions that increase our utilization, while maintaining fast TTFT.
  • Define, prioritize, and execute on the roadmap for growth experiments. Leverage data-driven insights to test and scale initiatives that improve engagement, conversions, and revenue.
  • Design and implement robust testing practices to ensure the reliability and accuracy of mission-critical user onboarding and checkout flows. Minimize risks and maintain a seamless user experience across payment processes through to our accounting backend
