Responsibilities:

• Oversee weekly reporting across Construction, Development, and Residential sectors.
• Manage corporate valuation and financial metrics.
• Monitor insurance policies, real estate taxes, and operating reserves for properties.
• Lead monthly report creation for stakeholders and collaborate with department heads.
• Develop property performance metrics and ensure timely financial reporting to investors.
• Oversee regulatory filings and budget approvals for properties.
• Monitor construction budgets and schedules, collaborating with construction teams.
