Requirements:

• Proven track record of acquiring and guiding successful projects or teams in the blockchain space, with a focus on innovation and research collaboration, or experience bringing crypto products to market.
• Experience in protocol design and development, with a strong technical background in blockchain technologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends and ecosystem dynamics in the blockchain industry.
• B.A. in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science or technical field is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with portfolio companies to determine key milestones for investment unlocks, and track and report on those milestones.
• Prepare and present market research on various sectors of the Web3 ecosystem.
• Help maintain a pipeline of opportunities.
• Coordinate internal resources across research, product, partnerships, finance for investment decision making and tracking.
• Deliver real-time performance data and tailor dashboards that enhance business decision-making capabilities.
