Requirements:

• Fluent in perfect German and English.
• Studied computer science, information science/technology, or have equivalent education/work experience.
• Have delivered small to mid-size technical projects in previous roles.
• Prior experience in consulting, technical support, software development, or pre-sales activity on collaborative tools.
• Familiarity with the Atlassian suite at least as an end-user.
• Good programming skills (Java, Javascript, Groovy, etc.) are beneficial.
• Enjoy diversity and 'interruptive' work.

Responsibilities:

• You will report to a Professional Services Manager.
• Manage multiple projects for different customers autonomously within the same week.
• Analyze customer needs and carry out technical and functional audits.
• Deploy, configure, and integrate applications based on customer requirements.
• Deliver comprehensive training to end-users.
• Spend 75% of your time interacting with customers in Germany or internationally.
