Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience with specialization.
  • Undergraduate degree or MBA in Business, Finance, Accounting, Software, or relevant field.
  • Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting, and advisory services.
  • Experience acting as a Solution Architect for various project sizes.
  • 10-15+ end-to-end manufacturing related NetSuite implementations.
  • Hands-on Technical/Functional NetSuite ERP Implementation experience.
  • NetSuite certifications highly preferred: NetSuite ERP Consultant, NetSuite Certified Administrator, SuiteFoundation.
  • Knowledge of NetSuite technical capabilities: SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteTalk.
  • Preferred experience with specialized NetSuite process areas like Advanced Manufacturing, Advanced Revenue Management, Demand Planning.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and act as a Solution Architect for full-cycle NetSuite implementation projects.
  • Manage solution delivery throughout all project phases, including discovery, design, build, testing, training, and deployment.
  • Perform fit/gap analysis on business requirements.
  • Develop wireframe and schematic diagrams to support customer requirements.
  • Lead project management activities including project planning and change control.
  • Collaborate with the in-house development team on custom solutions.
  • Act as a trusted client advocate and provide industry-specific best practices.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives such as resource mentorship and ongoing education.
  • May require travel and flexible working hours.
