Requirements:

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 to 10 years of related experience, along with a bachelor's degree or master's degree with equivalent experience.
• Certifications such as Cyber Security CISSP, CEH, ITIL, and familiarity with governance and compliance issues.
• Knowledge of L2-L7 networking technologies and protocols, stateful firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, and encryption technologies.
• Experience with scripts, regex, virtualization platforms, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities:

• Proactive leadership of technical discovery workshops to qualify customer requirements and design solutions.
• Conduct advanced technical sales presentations and demonstrations to various audiences.
• Demonstrate SonicWall's unique value proposition and share competitive insights.
• Build trusted relationships with technical decision makers among strategic partners.
• Maintain a personal lab for demo requests and support product trials.
• Lead proofs of concept and provide feedback during beta testing.
• Collaborate with support teams to maintain partner and customer relations.
• Support and lead technical marketing initiatives and present at events.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of SonicWall products and share best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and keep sales informed of product updates.
