Senior Fullstack Engineer (EU)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, preferably in SaaS or startup environments.
• Practical experience with building scalable systems, ideally using Elixir/Phoenix, but experience with Go, Erlang, or Clojure is also relevant.
• Interest in emerging Generative AI technologies and willingness to upskill.
• Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience delivering polished UIs with frontend frameworks.
• Familiarity with GitHub and Slack for collaboration.
• 2+ years of experience working with a fully remote team.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to both frontend and backend development by writing clean, modular, and testable code.
• Work in small project teams (2-3 people) using the ShapeUp methodology to solve specific business problems.
• Participate closely with the Product Manager and Product Designer.
• Engage in user feedback handling, testing, and rollouts.
• Collaborate with engineers of various backgrounds, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
