Requirements:

• Proven success in both technical and people leadership and experience in overseeing a high-performing team.
• Experience working in platform teams.
• Understanding of Java, TypeScript, protocol buffers, cloud infrastructure (including AWS), and observability and reliability practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with non-technical stakeholders such as product and influence where needed.
• Strong background in writing, presenting, and communicating with stakeholders from various technical backgrounds.
• Experience working with marketing teams, SEM or marketers is a bonus.

Responsibilities:

• Coaching six software engineers and providing leadership in managing and guiding technical discussions within the AdTech team.
• Actively participating in stakeholder meetings to advocate for the engineering perspective and capture engineering requirements.
• Collaborating with group leadership, product managers, and engineers to scope and deliver solutions.
• Leading the creation of technical design documents for cross-group initiatives and contributing to engineering timelines and sprint planning.
• Designing, developing, and deploying solutions with hands-on software development.
• Communicating effectively with Program Managers, Product Managers, and Engineers.
• Taking initiative in achieving goals and identifying opportunities for cross-team collaboration.
