Requirements:
Must have excellent communication skills for interaction with end users, business management, and other support areas.
Ability to handle customers effectively, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to change.
BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required.
5+ years of combined BSA experience with increasing levels of responsibility preferred.
Expert functional knowledge of Oracle R12 and its modules.
Experience in an Oracle EBS upgrade cycle.
Lead small-scale or larger projects.
Experience working with JIRA in a Sprint process and using Confluence for managing requirements.
Knowledge of systems such as Salesforce, SAP Hybris, Concur, and Inspyrus is a plus.
Advanced Level in English required.
Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance and direction for the development of technical / functional specifications, design, code, testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of Oracle e-Business Suite.
Provide excellent customer service and support to users worldwide as a front-line support specialist in Oracle R12 e-Business Suite.
Hands-on with resolving highly complex and mission-critical issues.
Work collaboratively and build relationships with peers, business partners, and third-party consultants.
